30-Night Free Returns

We offer a 30-Night Free Return guarantee on all orders. If your NEMUWA sleep products do not feel right — for any reason — you may return them within 30 nights of delivery at no cost to you.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 nights of the delivery date.
• Products must be in their original or lightly used condition.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
