NEMUWA ships worldwide from our fulfilment centre in Japan. Every order is handled with care — the same attention we put into making our products.

Carbon-Neutral Shipping

All NEMUWA orders are shipped carbon-neutral. We offset 100% of the emissions from every shipment as part of our commitment to the planet.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order dispatches.
